Publisher role
Demand Leads Media publishes educational material and sends each completed request to one qualified provider at a time. It follows up and uses the next qualified provider if contact does not happen. It does not visit the property, diagnose the pool, perform detection or repair, or employ the provider.
Independent provider role
The provider is responsible for its own identity, availability, credentials, insurance, professional judgment, methods, proposal, price, scheduling, work, safety, documentation, warranties, and legal compliance.
Consumer verification
Confirm who will perform the work and independently verify credentials relevant to the proposed scope. Florida’s official license-verification guidance is one starting point. Not every task has the same licensing requirements; ask the provider which credential applies.
Commercial relationship
A provider may pay the publisher for an exclusive territory or qualifying lead after commercial readiness. That does not make the provider our employee or turn editorial content into a provider endorsement. Payment does not guarantee consumer selection or a work outcome.
