The service-match form may collect property location, authorization, pool and symptom details, timing, access notes, recent work, name, email, phone, contact preference, and optional request-specific SMS consent. The guide form collects first name and email solely to provide the guide link and keep necessary submission records.
How information is used
Service-request details are used to prevent spam and duplicates, contact you about the request, send it to one qualified provider at a time, and follow up about provider contact. Guide details are used only for same-session guide delivery and related records. Guide delivery does not create a provider request or monthly-email subscription.
Sharing
A completed service request is shared with one qualified independent provider at a time for the stated purpose. If contact does not happen, it can move to the next qualified provider. Form infrastructure and hosting vendors may process data as service providers. Information may also be retained or disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, legal obligations, or protecting users.
Text messages
SMS is used only when the separate optional checkbox is affirmatively selected for the specific service request. Consent is not a condition of matching. Reply STOP to a received text to opt out. No persistent call recording or transcript is authorized by this site.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity remain off until you accept analytics. They also remain off after a decline, Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track signal. Form entries, contact details, addresses, and free text are not sent to either service. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to review or change your choice.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, evidence, security, disputes, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified under operational controls. Use the channel of an existing request to ask for access, correction, deletion where applicable, or contact-preference changes. See contact preferences.
Security and limits
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet submission is risk-free. Do not submit payment card data, government identifiers, medical information, gate codes, or other sensitive personal data.
